December 2 - Steve Gester calls to SKAM. Several of our local musicians got together one night to make some hot music and SKAM was the result. Steve Hickman (fiddle), Kendall Rogers (piano), and Marty Taylor (flute) show just how good the local talent is!

December 9  - Greg Frock calls to the fabulous Glen Echo Open Band.

December 16 - Robbin Schaffer calls to Dr. Twamley's Audio Snakes (Mike Rovine (fiddle), Jill Smith (piano and accordian) and Celia Wyckoff (bass) ), a Pennsylvania favorite, who don't trip over their chords when making their fast and melodious dance music.

December 23 - Eva Murray calls to the Avant Gardeners (Laura Light (fiddle), George Paul (piano, accordian), and Scotty Williams (percussion); lauralight.com/bands.html)--fun, funky, homegrown, and hot. They have wowed dancers at the Glen Echo Gala and countless dances across the country.

December 30 - Janine Smith calls to AP and the Banty Roosters (Andy Porter (fiddle), Joe Langley (guitar), Mark Lynch (mandolin and tenor banjo), and Artie Abrams (bass)). A new band with that old-time sound, they generate a lot of musical excitement.
