Dances start promptly at 8:30pm and end at 11:30pm. Admission is $8. A contra dance lesson for beginners is given every Friday starting at 7:30pm and is included in the price of admission.

October 21 - Sue Rosen (from Massachusetts)
calls to Phantom Power (Lissa Schneckenburger (fiddle), Bruce Rosen
(piano); lissafiddle.com), a high-energy band from Boston, that plays traditional
New England fiddle tunes adapted to today's dancers. Lissa is a super fiddler
and has played the Friday Night Dance in the past (with Larry Unger) to great
acclaim. Phantom Power never fails to energize and excite its audiences.

Laura Brown calls to Crowfoot (Adam Broome (guitar,
bouzouki), Jaige Trudel (fiddle), and Nicholas Williams (flute, accordion,
piano); crowfootmusic.com), a hot dance band that has been generating great
exitement among contra dancers throughout the Northeast. They combine diverse
musical backgrounds and skills to create a dynamic high energy sound.
